Logically, even if Shepard survived the wreckage of the Citadel will fall to the Earth (and for what, in fact, everything was done?), It is unlikely she survive at this time....
Oh, and maybe they will drift in space until someone decides to either knock on some planet and explore, or just like that, to find the body of Hero and properly buried him.
